Fall Admission Suggested Course Progression

The path students take to graduation varies depending on previous work and educational experience. The program relies on a basic understanding of finance. Students who are deemed to possess a strong grasp of finance or who took undergraduate coursework in finance not be required to take the leveling course. Students who do not have prior coursework or work related experience will be required to take LDEV 689 – Introduction to Real Estate Financial Modeling.
