Curriculum Overview

The 36-hour Master of Land and Property Development program takes a practical approach in teaching the process of both land and property development via classroom instruction, professional internships, guest speakers, and field trips. Core courses include site analysis, market analysis, residential lot subdivision and development, sustainability, project management, due diligence and acquisition, real estate analysis, and real estate law. Students may choose from a wide variety of elective courses including land development, construction, landscape architecture, architecture, engineering, planning, or business, among others.
